Most companies that offer services under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM) are large enterprises. WLW Ltd is a small company that prides itself on its experience, efficiency and ability to deliver projects under CDM from concept to completion.
WLW Ltd is experienced in design and management under CDM. The CDM places legal duties and health and safety responsibilities on nearly all those involved in construction work. These involve effective planning and management of risks to ensure that working conditions are healthy and safe before work begins, and that the proposed work is not going to put others at risk. The CDM applies whatever the size of the site.

The aim of CDM is to make Health and Safety an essential and integral part of the planning and management of projects and to make sure that everyone works together to reduce the risk to the health and safety of those who work on or are affected by the project.
As a CDM Designer and Principle Contractor WLW employ the services of Mr Jeremy Carpenter, a Health and Safety and qualified CDM Coordinator. WLW work closely with the appointed CDM coordinator and the Client (and Designer when this is not WLW) to ensure that there is full compliance with the CDM Regulations and the aims of the Regulations are met.
